Consideration was given to authorising the Director of Finance to extend the banking contract with the Council's current provider for two years in accordance with the terms of the original contract.
The Cabinet resolved that an extension of the existing banking contract with the National Westminster Bank Plc for two years to March 2014 be approved.
Reasons: As set out in the report of the Director of Finance (contains exempt information).
